Glow Index provides AI-generated skincare product rankings and analysis. Our scores are produced by an ensemble of AI language models and represent automated analysis, not expert medical or dermatological advice.

3. Not Medical Advice

Content on Glow Index is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always patch-test new products and consult a qualified dermatologist for skin concerns.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading product information through the voting system
• Manipulate vote counts through automated means or multiple accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our analysis content without permission
• Attempt to access admin or restricted functionality without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated analysis, scores, and rankings are the property of Glow Index. Product names and brands referenced in our analyses belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glow Index is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on our AI-generated product analysis.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
